Mounted these in my motorcycle fairing...sounds great even on the highway at 75 mph! Great highs...great bass. Replaced them with Kenwood 6 x 9s (4Way)...these Bostons are clearer and louder!

(More customer reviews)I bought this device a bit skeptical. At only $20 I wasn't expecting much but I figured it couldn't hurt checking out since my local retailer was asking $80 for a similiar (brand name) product.
I've been using it for the past week and I have to say this device has far exceeded my expectations.
The quality of the sound is great, it's super easy to use (plug it in press on and then scroll up or down to set it to an FM station that isn't being used by a local radio station), and the price is outstanding.
I'd highly recomend this product to anyone who owns an ipod.

(More customer reviews)I think something needs to be explained to the other reviewers here; i think they are not familiar with how a capacitor works.
a capacitor is like a huge battery with a short memory span. when you turn your stereo on, it charges up to full voltage; power fills the capacitor every time you start your car. when you turn off your car, it still holds the charge, and will continue to do so until it is drained. this means you will have it appear as if it is still on after you shut the car off. it isn't retrieving any more power from your battery; rather, it is slowly going to drain as it cannot sustain a charge for a long period of time.
it is normal operation for it to display "on" long after the car has been shut off. it will not drain your battery this way. again, this is just how capacitors work. :)
